Thibault Catala has spent much of his young career travelling the world (26 countries travelled, 5 different countries lived between Europe and Asia) creating and developing marketing, distribution and revenue management strategies focused on driving Total RevPAR for hotel groups such as InterContinental Hotels Group and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts for hotels up to 500 rooms.

Richard has joined Catala Consulting with more than 15 years of experience managing revenue management teams across the UK and Ireland. He is no stranger to the hotel revenue management scene, having led the distribution and revenue management strategy for several prestigious hotel companies such as Dorchester Collection in the UK, Accor hotels across the UK and Ireland or Queensgate Investments.

As Director of Revenue & Strategy, Richard is leading the strategic development of Catala Consulting in services related to Outsourced Revenue Management, Consulting, and Revenue Management Audits, continuing to optimise revenue across the portfolio and building a team of revenue management experts.

Cluster Revenue Manager

Hayley is joining the team with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has worked between Scotland and England for companies such as BWH Hotel group (Best Western) as well as with Whisper Hotels.

Her various roles within the industry have given her a wide range of skills and knowledge throughout all departments within a hotel and a corporate management structure.

As cluster revenue manager, Hayley is supporting our revenue management activities alongside Richard.
